Hi, I want to install MacOS Catalina on my laptop.
I was installed MacOS Mojave previously but i had a lot of problem, for example my wifi's card (Dell DW1820A) had a problem: My pc sometimes doesn't boot up or pc after some minutes crashed or slowed.
Now i want to try again to install macOS.
this is my spec:
CPU: i7 6500U with HD520
SSD: 500GB SSD Samsung
Wifi & Bluetooth: Dell DW1820A (Bluetooth: BCM2045A0) (Wifi: BCM94350ZAE)
Ethernet: Realtek 8100
Attached in this thread, my old clover configuration created by me (CLOVER OLD) and clover with Wifi driver (CLOVER) created by Hervè (I had asked help at insanelymac's community)
P.S SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH.
Thanks in advance
hi all, I need a suggestion.
I have an azurwave BCM94352GMB Wi-Fi / Bluetooth card, I tried to show it to my hackintosh with fakepciid and the other kext that serve for its operation but without success .. and if I see the card (even just Bluetooth or Wi -Fi) crashes the hackintosh not allowing you to do anything ... is there anything I can do is that I most probably haven't thought of?
Catalina seems to be a read only kext system so modifying kexts to make older hardware work doesn't seem to be possible at this point. However we have had success using Mojave kexts to get hardware to function.
For bluetooth on Broadcom WiFi cards using injectorkext and adding the Mojave bluetooth kexts to System/Library/Extensions folder seems to have solved the connectability issue. Install Mojave kexts and use kext utility to repair permissions and caches before reboot. The Zip contains the Catalina original kexts as a backup in case you want to revert.

For Atheros WiFi we are using Mojave modified with High Sierra kexts. Install in System/Library/Extensions folder and use kext utility to repair.
