Booted fine, now won't boot Mojave 10.14.5

Hey guys,

I recently started working on a Hackintosh for one of my music producers. Originally we had ordered a Aorus Z390 Pro Wi-Fi ITX board, until we discovered the ITX version doesn't have the THB_C header. The ITX board booted just fine and worked great. So we ordered a Aorus Z390 Pro (Non wifi) and swapped all components over to a full atx case and board with THB_C. Now the system won't boot. It either hangs, or shows a stop sign. Verbose boot shows "persistent enumeration failures"

I am stressed beyond belief. Can anyone help me here?
