Nila
I have a OS X86 DVD (10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd) patched with Maxxuss. While booting with it, kernlel panic is ocurring and it is saying "unexpected kernel trap" and then some register numbers. I use an earlier P4 family processor(1.6 GHz.) in ASROCK I845GV motherboard. Hard disk is Samsung made. Is these because my hardware is not supported by the OS? or because earlier P4 family processors like mine use SSE2? May it work after patching with sse2 patch? If so then kindly tell me how to patch.
lordlex
If you don;'t have sse3 USE kernel with sse2. you have no chance to run sse3 kernel and programs on sse2. get the sse2 patched dvd.
Nila
I use to patch it myself. I have that sse2 patch. But can u tell me the procedure to apply it. Should I apply the patch called "base" first and then this patch? Do u think earlier P4s use SSE2 set?
