Ryzen 5 1600 High Sierra worked now black screen mouse crash reboot

Hi I managed to get High Sierra all setup on my Ryzen 5 1600 MSI b350 Tomahawk 1080ti a few months back.

Now when I boot I get nothing but a black screen and a mouse that I can move around, then it jumped to the grey boot with logo and doesn't do anything and then back to black, it slowly gets to the login screen and I enter my passcode and it crashes and reboots. dsOnly thing I have done is a CMOS reset and I have already gone into BIOS and set everything up again.

Any tips for what I can try, even your BIOS settings so I can double check everything.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I use this system for work.
