Hey guys,

Total Hackintosh n00b here. I've been trying to get Sierra 10.12.6 to work on my Lenovo Legion Y520 laptop, but the installer is not showing my internal HDD in Disk Utility, only my USB Flash Drive.

I followed a guide on some forum (forgot which), downloaded the image off of there, made a bootable USB using TransMac, so I don't have a EFI folder. My kexts go in "USB\Library\Extensions" and I'm pretty sure I've installed all necessary kexts (by doing a lot of research), but so far nothing has worked for me. :(

Somebody told me I need a HDD specific kext, but I can't find it anywhere.

My HDD is Samsung MZVLW128HEGR-000L2.

So if there's anybody who has done this on a Lenovo Y520 Legion with the same HDD, please help me out because I really wanna make it work! :)

Any reply is greatly appreciated. Support is also welcome!

Thanks a bunch!
