Which bootloader?

If Clover, please post a zipped copy of your EFI folder, if Enoch, please post a zipped copy of your Extra folder.

Meantime, try and rebuild your cache through the following Terminal commands:

sudo touch -f /S*/L*/E*
sudo touch -f /L*/E*
sudo kextcache -Boot -U /

And if cache does not seem to rebuild properly, delete cache + prelinked kernel data manually before repeating the above commands.

sudo rm -Rf /S*/L*/PrelinkedKernels
sudo rm -Rf /S*/L*/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches

You may also want to check your Sleep/Hibernation mode/status:

pmset -g

Unless you've specifically set your system to support hibernation (something Clover supports -or used to), you should opt for plain old sleep:

sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0
sudo pmset -a hibernatefile /dev/null
sudo rm -f /var/vm/sleepimage
