Hello,

I have a problem with installing Hackintosh on vmware.
I followed the available tuto and when starting the screen stops on the apple logo with the following error: The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset the virtual machine.

some recommend activating VT-D Virtualization on the bios, but I don't have it and I don't see anything else that looks like it except "Virtualization" which is already activated.

My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 v6.

anyone have a solution?

Thank you for your help!

Hi,

AMD processors are not supported by OS X / macOS so you cannot do a vanilla install in VMware, you will need to find a modified AMD kernel.
