rayman121985 Posted January 18, 2018 Share Posted January 18, 2018 Team, I have a R6 from Alienware with a 1070 dedicated graphics card. It also has a new Kaby i7 7700 CPU. I am getting some PID errors and different messages. I looked around and it looks like there's a common problem with the discrete Intel on-board graphics and having the 1070 in as well. I see where some people have to remove the 1070 first for installation? Is this sound correct? Is there no way around it? I have tried the NV_disable line as well. No luck... I have looked through the Alienware bios but apprently it doesn't give or have an option to turn off the integrated graphics... Any tips or suggestions would be HIGHLY appreciated.
