pfmarios
Hi I recently installed OSX86 10.4.8 on my pc and applied the usb2.0 fix patch and azalia patch on it and now I don't have sound or any usb recognised by osx.I have an INTEL D925XECV(I THINK ) which has onboard sound chipset. Please help me I really like OSX, is far more "user friendly" than MW, and these are the only two features i don't have in it. THNX

TomA2
Same here. The damned thing won't let you reinstall without the USB "fixes" once you have installed them. Any way to get rid of them?
plas
wipe the disk before you reinstall
TomA2
wipe the disk before you reinstall Easier said than done. I have only one bootable drive. I've tried adding my external as an internal, but it doesn't boot. PCs don't seem to be able to boot from firewire, and as I've said, USB is dead, too. How do you wipe your only bootable drive? bibendum
Don't you just boot off the DVD and run Disk Utility and format the drive, then install? Patrick
