So I was not able to install the update from the App Store.  I used the Pike R. Alpha install script that I modified for this update.  Here it is:

installScript_10.13.3_091-48074.sh.zip

I have determined that I have some issues that are unrelated to the updates themselves that are causing me problems.  Specifically, I sometimes cannot shut down the OS and have to manually shut down by holding down the power button.  When that happens during an update, an update partition is not created so I can't boot to that update partition.  Then, when I reboot to the existing OS version, the update files are deleted and I have to start over.  I assume that updates will run smoother if I can figure out why my OS does not shut down properly.  I'm assuming that is a driver issue but I will have to start working on that rather than using this very helpful workaround.

Went smooth as butter here also

After updated from 17C88 to 17D20a both Safari & Google Chrome behaved abnormally at most websites, only Firefox worked normally at my Z87 & P6TSE intel hackintoshs.

Could you check those websites in which video is played with Flash, HTML5, or MP4 ?

It always got some delay or frozen screen in my hackintosh at 10.13.3 DB1.

But the same websites working perfectly by Firefox.

Thanks for your testing.

After reset both Safari and Google Chrome they resume normal condition now.

It's due to previous crash which interfere video play in websites and can be fixed by reset data fortunately.

Any news about RX Vega 56/64/Frontier Edition fan speed ?

No change, in fact I don't think they even touched the AMD10000Controllerkext, my Manual edit of the RX xxx to Vega 64 is still there, and fans are spinning fast.    My CPU name got reverted to Unknown though.

all went well this time for  10.13.3 Beta (17D20a). I guess it was the removal of whatever green, but GPU reports as AMD Radeon HD 7xxx 3 GB.

Is there any way to find out what they change in those updates? Do they have something like release notes somewhere???

Yes, I would also like to know what news these updates bring. Unless it is security corrections, at first glance everything seems to be the same except for the version number! ?

Update to 10.13.3 beta by the App Store, again without any problem and without any intervention of mine. The black screen/no signal DPort situation on my GTX unfortunately remains the same, from the first 13.2 beta until now! ???

NEC USB 2.0 card was working in PCI slot because it has compatible kext. It depends upon kext instead of PCI-e or PCI slot.

VMQemuVGA display adapter driver for OSx86 running as a VirtualBox guest. The binary should work on all OSs from Snow Leopard up to Yosemite 10.10. It allows to set different screen resolutions in VirtualBox from System Preferences.   The changes I've made to the fork have been minimal.
