Hi

I'm using macOS High Sierra 10.13 on VMware 14. Is it possible to Increase VRAM more than 128 MB?

Unfortunately in a word no, this is the limit of the virtual graphics driver. In ESXi you can potentially pass through a graphics controller to provide direct access for macOS, but this has never been supported in Workstation as far as I am aware.
