lowdub
Hi! CPU: Intel® Core i5-3340 @3.10 GHz 3.10 GHz RAM: 8,00Gb Embed graphic card Intel(HD) Graphics os version: Sierra (10.12) The system worked correctly long time, but recently it stops launching. Most probably, it happens after auto-updates by OS. As always I choose usb with Clover and launch "Boot from System OS", but the boot freezes (see attached image) I used different flags' combination, but the outcome is the same. Should I reinstall the system again or changing clover's settings or usb content could be enough? lowdub
Wow, thanks for your fast responses! Please, can you suggest me how to replace old Clover on this USB using BootDiskUtility on Windows? Should I remove full OS build too (5.8 GB)? I don't have copy of it on my hard disk... lowdub
Thank you so much, gengik84, you save my day. I had replaced .efi files with your provided and now it has passed boot loading, then re-installed OS on hard drive, and even saved my local users' files and settings. Had it happen because of auto-update, right? 2 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/323535-boot-freezes-after-os-updates/#findComment-2421186 Share on other sites
gengik84
Yes, old clover versions (before 4xxx) do not inject kext in Sierra 10.12.4... Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/323535-boot-freezes-after-os-updates/#findComment-2421189 Share on other sites
