Fadelxgodx
Greetings InsanelyMac Community So I've never I'm my life had any issues with building a Hackintosh on my PC until today. Today I installed 10.12.2 I can boot in to the OS without any problems (BUT That is with the Nvidia Web Drivers Disabled) Every single time I try to boot in to OS X with Nvidia Web Drivers Enabled the following happens Boot Completed (-V) After that there is suppose to be an Apple Logo with a Progress bar (Right before login) But this Apple Logo & Progress Bar doesn't show up. Instead my screen just goes "black" *IMPORTANT - The screen does NOT go fully black, in other words The Monitor does NOT go to sleep at the end of the boot sequence The monitor is still on and I can see that the display is still active - I BELIVE the OS is active in the background If I power-off my monitor and power it on again, I can see and move the OS X cursor GPU (GTX 970) Could anyone please assist me regarding this issue? mynameismatthew
Hi if you're using a Skylake CPU here's what fixed a similar issue with my 750Ti Sysdef-> iMac 14.2 Run AGDP Fix I think it's called Reboot with only dart=0 and -v etc standard boot flags Best of luck Also try using vga or hdmi inputs if that doesn't work. Lots of funny nvidia GPU issues around lately. :/ 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/319586-sierra-10122-booting-issue/#findComment-2339579 Share on other sites
