Kernel Panic AMD Yosemite

Just successfully installed Yosemite on my AMD machine. However whenever I am trying to change my system definition from Mac 3.1 to 5.1 with a valid serial number, on startup my system keeps rebooting. I've tried all kinds of solutions but none has served me well. This is my first time trying to get a hackintosh up and running so please have patience with me.

My System Specs are:

 

CPU: AMD FX 4170 Quad
GPU: NVidia GeForce 210 1GB DDR3
MBoard: MSI 970A-G43
Memory: 4GB (1 Stick)
