Reboot loop before I can even reach the installer :/

Alrighty so I'm following this guide (https://eladnava.com/install-os-x-10-11-el-capitan-on-hackintosh-vanilla/) to get El Capitan running on my system. Got all the kexts the guide recommended in the appropriate kexts folder on clovers EFI, as well as a kext for my Ethernet (I believe it's called intele1000.kext).

The problem I am having is booting into the installer. When I hit "enter" on the Clover screen to boot into the installer, I see a nice Apple logo boot screen. After the bar loads to maybe 60%, I'm met with my screen turning totally off white for a very short time (split second to a few seconds), then a sudden reboot, which leads to the Clover screen again...it's a reboot loop, essentially.

I have indeed previously set up Hackintosh on this specific system, but it was with a) 8GB of a different brand of RAM (if relevant) and B) using an older version of Clover. In fact, I did manage to get El Capitan running and installed using the old USB just a few days ago and was only working on sound and booting from hard drive when I tried to update Clover with Clover Configurator...then the USB simply stopped booting my PC and gave me this exact issue, so I tried remaking an installer with the newest version, which brings us to present moment. Also, I cannot remember the kexts or Clover install options I selected when I first installed OS X back in March. So I am strongly betting on me missing a boot flag or kext.

Specs

Clover v2.3k_r3751

i5 4690k

ASRock z97 Anniversary ATX

32GB HyperX DDR3-1866 RAM

Intel HD 4600

Crucial m4 512GB

Thanks for the help:)

Boot verbose -v and take a picture or decode from verbose where it hangs/reboots to what needs to be changed. I would start with the basics, eliminate kexts you don't need to boot the installer such us network etc keeping just fakesmc assuming you have that one? Also check config.plist for errors and post config.plist.
