newtek007
I have a different problem with my realtek 8139 wired adapter in my HP zv6000 Pavilion. I have my Airport Broadcom wireless working under 10.4.8 but I cannot use the onboard wired connection. I can see it under System Preferences> Network Port Configurations, but it is grayed out and I cannot select it. It is named Built-in Ethernet. Under my NetworkInterfaces.plist file there is no mention to an en0 for my 8139 card. How do I add it in there? KillerBee17
Same problem here. Have you tried removing the extensions.mkext en extensions.kextchache?
