[Help] Clover can't boot to install Mac OS

I created USB boot with a thred on this forum ( Chris1111 tool ) but i have a error and i can't fix it. 

OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi
Using reloc block: no, hibernate wake: no
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 

Clover try use 2 version: r3320 and r3556

 

Bios setup :

1. Load Optimized Defaults
2. VT-d, disable
3. CFG-Lock, disable
4. Set OS Type to Other OS
5. Set XHCI Handoff to Enabled
6. Disable Serial Port
7. Save and exit.

 

Please help me check my EFI .

Mainboard: Asus H170 pro gaming

CPU: i5 6500

Gtx 960 4GB
