Make sure Serial Port is disabled in bios.

SATA controller is set to AHCI

IOPCI Entries is disabled.

Primary Display is set to PEG and disable IntelGFX

Vd-T is disabled

XHCI hand off is enabled

Set the following flags in your config.plist

If you don't know how to disable IOAPCIEntries 24-119 entries that's ok you can use Pikes patch, that will get the job done for SkyLake processors.

Here is the patch:

Use clover configurator to add the patch under Kernel and Kext Patches

as far as I know the Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport error is not actually the error which makes Mac OS X stops loading, It's next stage that won't load. Set the following flag dart=0 in config.plist and see how it goes.

You can use either one of these apps to create your Bootable USB Disk:

1.Universal OS X Installer V5

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/448-universal-os-x-installer/

or

2. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/471-clover-v23k-special-edition-v2/

The first one I tested and works just fine but you have to install clover later manually but the second one will install clover if you select it from customize section.

and finally replace your config.plist with this one:

I hope this one gets your computer up and running.

config.plist.zip

As Hazara pointed out you need to install nVidia WebDrivers and choose iMac 14,2 SMBIOS, if you don't you might end up with black screen after installing web drivers, or if you want to keep the iMac 17,1 SMBOIS you need to follow these instructions.
