El Capitan Not shooting down

Hello to everybody.. I've installed el capitan, I have the problem that when i go to shoot down the computer the screen is power off (is not black screen but off) but the pc doesn't shoot down. Thanks to all :)

 

this is the configuration:

 

Intel Core i7 Q740 @ 1.73 GHz (turbo boost 2.9 GHz)

SSD: Samsung 850 evo 500gb

Ram: 12GB

video: Nvidia GEFORCE GT425M (1GB Dedicato)

Chipset: Intel HM55

wireless: Atheros AR9285

audio: Realtek High Definition Audio ALC269

If you are using clover you have to edit the config.plist

it didn't work.  do you have any other ideas?

Well  to have your pc shoot down you must first get a .45 handgun pcie card and install it....i will shoot down a lot better after that.
