It says no driver found for my build: 15G7b, i believe it's the  10.11.6 Public Beta 1

But anyways i found a workaround

pkgutil --expand WebDriver-346.03.10f01.pkg test.unpkg

Then i edited the script in the file: Distribution

lines: 40-41

			var supportedOSVer = "10.11.6";
   	 		var supportedOSBuildVer = "15G7b";

Then:

pkgutil --flatten test.unpkg/ fixed.pkg

Now the version check pass and i can install it

Then i patched the build number using your app

I'll reboot now, hopefully it'll work

It worked :D

Here show the latest available :P (because not already installed)

BTW always forgot that we have not yet shared the 1.5 version that can download all old builds for the current OS, if anyone is intrested:NVIDIA® WebDriver Updater_v1.5_Beta.zip

So when icoming beta 2 of 10.11.6 will comes (and no web drivers available) you will be ready with a total automated process  :wink_anim:

Is there a way to list all supported cards via the webdrivers? As in is there a plist that has a card listing within the driver package?

Check nvram with this :

nvram -p

You should have boot-args="nvda_drv=1" in it. If not, type this then reboot :

sudo nvram boot-args="nvda_drv=1"

Hi

I did as you say pc boot i can see that it reach until loading nvidia driver and screen turn black look like system is up but can't see image..

I use GTX 750ti

when not using the arg system boot but cannot recognise the card, using inject can recognise the card with 0mb and not really working

looks like i can't choose NVIDIA driver in the panel after restart it changed back to Mac driver... any help?

Alright, so I've a non-flashed EVGA 970 and was not looking forward to spending the entire day at work tomorrow waiting to get home to swap in my 680 for the 10.11.6 update then swap the 970 back in because I certainly don't have the time now.

I'm happy to report that I used Pacifist (a utility that's saved my rear on more than one occasion—anyone else try to install CUPS years ago and found out the hard way that Apple baked it into the OS?) to force install the latest, final drivers in 10.11.6 Beta 5 before installing 10.11.6 and, after being patient and staring at a black screen for awhile my monitor bloomed to life in a bright gray and then prompted me with the login screen!

This worked for me, I don't even imply that it will work for you 100%, but it might.

Anyone using this:

Chipset Model: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

  Type: GPU

  Bus: PCIe

  Slot: PCI Slot 0

  PCIe Lane Width: x16

  VRAM (Total): 4095 MB

  Vendor: NVIDIA (0x10de)

  Device ID: 0x13c2

  Revision ID: 0x00a1

  ROM Revision: VBIOS 84.04.2f.00.72

It's a
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 Mini ITX Overclocked 4GB GDDR5 PCiE Video Card GV-N970IXOC-4GD

It works for the most part on B07 (But will instant reboot if I try to use native OS X drivers)

I am noticing some Graphical glitches every now and again. I am using DUAL 34" LG ultra wide PLS displays via Display port

Anyone have any ideas how to better this? or any info?

Thanks

I'm aware this thread is old and wasn't sure you found a solid solution. Just to chime in, I had a similar issue as you did.

What I did to fix it was I added cpus=1 in the boot arguments in Clover config.plist.

This is what I use to access both 10.10 and 10.11 with my GTX 960:

SMBIOS: iMac14,2

Boot arguments: dart=0 nv_drv=1 kext-dev-mode=1 nvda_drv=1 cpus=1

Can I assume that this update doesn't include Pascal (1070/1080) support?

There's v1.5 in the download section that also permit you to chose an old revision of the web drivers... usefull if you want to try available drivers for newer revision of the OS and no new Web Drivers are available at the moment! ;)

I'm on 10.11.6. I used the latest version, it didn't boot. Black screen. I patched it with 15F34 build, 15E65, 15D21, 15D50, 15b42, and 15A284 and said the same thing: NVIDIA Web Driver: 346.03.15f01 ( Not compatible ).

I saw that in nvda kext content there is a info.plist . I read and saw <string>NVDA (...) 10.11.13 (346.03.15f01)</string>. Is it right for "13" ?

Any suggestion?

      Hi,

I'm rather new to Hackintosh and trying my first build with OpenCore on AMD, but I run into issues causing OpenCore to crash before even loading the macOS installer. As I'm not sure which one is causing the crash, I'm trying to resolve all of them and one of the error messages has to do with WhateverGreen, which I was able to see in this slow-mo loading video. Basically I'm getting an error that I'm running an unsupported processor, even though I think I was following this guide by the step.
What could be causing this and what do I need to do to resolve it?

      CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700X
MB: Gigabyte Aorus X470 Ultra Gaming
Memory: 4x8 GB HyperX Predator, 3000 MHz Cl15
Storage: Samsung Evo 970 Nvme 512 GB, Crucial MX500 500GB SATA
GPU: MSI Radeon RX580 GamingX 8GB

      Greetings!

So I managed to get a Catalina 10.15 vm up and running in ESXi 6.7u2.
When I try to install Catalina updates, however, it goes to the Apple logo, status bar moving ever so slightly, reboots again and this time hangs on the Apple logo.  To fix this, I either remove or disable "Mac OS" as an option in the bootloader. Is there a way to get these updates to install?

      In the meantime...

I instead of restarting Catalina after choosing to update it, I shutdown the guest.  After a restart it SEEMED to update with the time duration countdown.

Prior to this I did run disk utility and checked Untitled and Untitled-Data for errors (I don't think it found any).

So I just logged back onto the VM and the version is still 10.15 and NOT 10.15.2 as hoped. So weird.

      Any ideas?

Clover r5101 ISO compiled with GCC and minimal config.plist compatible for use in VMWare Workstation.

Tested with unlocked Workstation 15 running OSX 10.9 -->10.15 guest in Windows X64 host.

      Installation
      1. Download and unzip "EFI_Clover_r5101 for VMware.zip". Mount Clover-v2.5k-5101-X64.iso by double clicking on it.
      2. Mount your VM's EFI System Partition eg in terminal
sudo diskutil mount disk0s1   3. Copy EFI folder from step 1 into the EFI partition
      4. Shutdown the VM, add bios.bootDelay = "3000" to your VM's vmx file
      5. Reboot your VM, press <F2> to access the VMware Boot Manager and add CLOVERX64.efi to the boot menu.

Substitute your own unique and valid MLB and ROM variables in the /EFI/CLOVER/config.plist (Rt Variables section) to activate iMessage/Facetime on your VM.

Trying To Boot Mac OS X El Capitan On Surface Book 1 i5 128GB
Ive tried everything under the sun to try to get this to even load the installer
ive had mixed experiences trying many different options and “combos”
i Can Offer Someone That Can Help A “Software Pack” Which Includes
      My EFI
      Kexts
      DSDT
      Readmes

Pretty Much Everything I HaveTried And Researched
Hopefully That Will Help As I’m Confident I Should Have All Required Files But Not So Confident On How They Should Be Coupled
There Is A Guide On This Platform That Goes Over Installing This But What Is Demoed Is MacOS Sierra 10.12 When My Target Is 10.11 El Capitan  Everyone In The Comments That Tried El Capitan Either Have Out Of The Gate Sucess Or Gave Up And Went To Sierra The Problem Is Besides The Guide Author Correcting A Few Mistakes There Is No Actual Diagnosis And Help Given

For A While I Was Getting Nothing But A Black Screen After Moving Files I Finally Got An Apple Logo Great!..Not Really Because that’s all it would do.

i Tried EFI Folder From Guy Who Did Surface Pro 4 “Port” And after I While I Will Get Cross Where The Apple Logo Would Be So There’s Something Happening When Using His EFI ; Mines Will Just Hang At Apple Logo For As Long As I Let It

With Verbose Boot Or Boot Flag -v

I Get Errors Concerning OSXAptioFixDrv They Are Usually Different
      If I Try OSXAptioFix2Drv I Get

      ...........................................

if i try OSXAptioFixDrv I get 1 of 3 errors Typically Saying Similiar Things
      About Relocating Memory

      Will Try To Add Photos

This Is Not My First Hackintosh More Like 5th or 6th But Besides On HP Elitebook Revolve Where I Had Similar Issues Due To BIOS Settings
I simply CAN NOT Get It To Boot No Matter What I Do Or Edit Please Help Or Provide EFI Folder That Will Work For Me
For Now Looking To Upgrade BIOS as I think it has something to do with firmware being to old as this PC Is usually never connected to Wi-Fi unless I need to download something and I cannot stress I have done everything under the sun to get this to even boot the installer
