ozzie
Hi, First i tried 10.4.7 JaS on my VMWare and everything was fine! But when i was wanting to isntall Mac Os on my Computer during the installation there is a problem. It says that "There was an installation Problem - Please Reboot" I tried many ways of Partitions and once the hole HD but everytime the same error. I burned 2,3 DVD's but it didn't worked. Thats weird because on the VMWare there wasn't any Problem during isntallation.. Now i'm going to try on a new HD because i need a working system. The Problem is during 'essentials' The System Config: CPU: X2 4800+ RAM: 4GB MDT Board: ASUS A8N SLI Deluxe HD: Seagate 200 GB SATAII DVD: NEC 3500AG GRACA: ASUS EN7900GT Greets Ozzie
jan_187
I got (almost) this same error, but not in the normal installation from cd to hard disk, but when I already had OSX installed and from this OSX I wanted to install another OSX on a 2nd partition on the same disk. So I mounted the 10.4.7 iso and started the osinstaller.pkg. All goes well, untill it gives the error "There was an installation Problem - Please try reinstalling" when it gets to the point where it installs the 10.4.7 combo + jemaza decrypts.
