brandon0104
Here are some of the specs of my old Dell PC will these work? Intel Celeron Processor 2.40GHz 512MB RAM It has the standard Intel Graphics 828R5G I believe it has a 40GB HD Do you think I can install OS X with these specs? Also I have read you need a prepatched verison how do I make one of those? Thanks
Rammjet
In Windows, download and run CPU-Z to determine if your processor is capable of SSE2 or SSE3 instruction. If it is only capable of SSE, you are out of luck. What is the "standard" Intel Graphics: Intel 845, 855, 865, 900, 915, 950? You don't "make" a patched version of OSX. You "find" one on the net - preferably a version of 10.4.5, 10.4.6, or 10.4.7.
brandon0104
I posted the rest of the specs above and yes it is capable of SSE2 but I am still not quite sure about the graphics....
