I've seen there's a new 10.4.8 update and a www.macforjas.com donation site, to which I will contribute as soon as I get some $$. Neonkoala Posted October 15, 2006 Share Posted October 15, 2006 Semthex is making good progress on making a 10.4.7 kernel boot into Single user mode. Currently the 10.4.8 updates are still running with 10.4.4 kernel. Check www.hackint0sh.org for info. Also since the new iTunes and 10.4.8 updates there have been a lot of issues on SSE2 machines as Apple take advantage of SSE3 instructions in their hardware.
