[Aiuto] Installazione Tiger su power mac G4

Ciao ragazzi ho un vecchio power mac G4 del 2000 sul quale non ho più sistema operativo, siccome

so che tiger è compatibile con il mio sistema, ho provato con il formato 4 cd di installazione retail (purtroppo non originali in quanto mi si son rotti tutti)

ma quando booto il primo cd tutto apposto, quando si riavvia e mi richiede il secondo cd, lo inserisco, ma dice che non è il secondo, i cd sono masterizzati giusti perchè le etichette

dei dischi sono numericamente giuste.

Stavo pensado di fare un restore della versione retail dvd su una chiavetta usb, secondo voi è fattibile? riuscirei ad avviare il mac con la chiavetta usb ?

l'unico modo per installare osx sui Mac PPC da un drive che non sia il lettore dvd e' usare un drive firewire, non usb.

mh grazie... allora provo a comprare un dvd retail (se qualcuno vende usato) così ho meno smazzi =)

      Some times and a lot of patience
       
       
      after opening and emptying the old iMac G4 that was not working anymore, i started to place the mainboard to see it would be better... then placed and glued some support from an old PC case and it started to look nice  .
       
      Then placed my old screen (kept from an "old" TV going to trash) over the original support with adapter i made placed the inverter, cut and solder the HDMI cable that would go from mainboard and screen inside the chromed foot screwed all that soldering the power cable to PSU (on 12v out) ans booted the newly created iMhack 24"

      So I have thought about going back to tiger (i have never used tiger, my main hackintosh is on maverick and i have bought this ibook last week ) , is it a good idea ? , I want to use Ilife 08+movie 06 I work 06 , Office 2008 , Mactube , and a good internet browser .
