Yosemite Boot Freeze

Hi guys.
 
My PC has this configuration:
 
MB Pegatron IPMIP-GS-H55-DIGI-0100
CPU Intel core i5 2 generation
HD SSD Corsair 200GB
16GB Ram
VGA Card Geforce GT750
BIOS AMI v02.67
 
I put AHCI, VT disable, ACPI enable (STR3) 
 
So, i used the Tonymac method with ##### 5 and I got this message:
 

ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::Start - waitForService(resourceMatching(AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement) timed out

Please if somebody knows something how to solve this issue please let me know how.
