sisco22 Posted February 7, 2014 Share Posted February 7, 2014 Hi everyone, I just installed Mavericks 10.9.1 on my macbook pro and it is running terribly slow. I have a Core i7 2.4ghz, 16gig ram, 750gig 7200rpm hdd. So this thing should not be running this sluggish. System utilization in Activity Monitor shows 70-80%. On the Kernel_Task process it shows 450-600% utilization. Does anyone know how i could fix this? Thanks!
