Hi guys..I'm having this card with device id 14e4 4315 n want it patch n load it with clover boot loader. In simple terms I want it to make vanilla kext without touching the filesystem n not to override kext for future osx updates. If u guys wanna give some advice plz feel free to post them.

Thanks :)

spakk...thanks for your reply but doesn't help me :)

Bcoz dsdt edits are for making WiFI card recoginse in OSX but for me I don't have to as my card appears and works perfectly.

What I want is ...To make my card work I'm using patched kext now in fileystem (S/L/E) and all I want is not to touch my filesystem and use clover to patch and inject kexts on fly.

So if you know any guide working on it plz let me know.

Thanks Again :)

Careful with that model as it does not support encrypted networks from ML 10.8.4, only clear networks. Solution to keep encrypted networks is to revert to pre-10.8.4 airportd deamon.

Appears to be no similar solution for Mavericks...

Yes I heard that people complaining about that. So there is no solution for mavericks!!!

What about 10.8.4 and 10.8.5 is it working stable with that airportd fix?

Do u've any post with comments about this who got success after replacing it with 10.8.3 Airportd.

Thanks :)

I can't remember of specific posts on the matter but there are some of course throughout the Net and the solution does work. I tested it myself. Instructions can be found here but if you do a search on the Net, you'll probably find more info elsewhere.
