Hello!

Actually i'm trying to make messages workin' by using Clover Bootloader.

I do the following:

Mention: I use my 17 digit serial number and add SmUUID that actually is HardwareUUID of my system.

After that Messages gives me this error: Screen%20Shot%202013-12-20%20at%2019.50.

Actually iCloud works, AppleStore works. Just can't activate Messages with this trick.

To apply commands in Terminal type "sudo -s" first.

A little question: SmUUID is the same as HardwareUUID?

Apple’s messaging platform (or any apps that use Apple ID, for that matter) won’t work out of the box but there’s a simple enough fix for that. Head to Terminal and run "nvram YOUR HARDWARE UUID from System info:BaseBoardSerial". This should show you the currently-set baseboard serial number. Assuming it's less than 17, just make up additional numbers until it's 17 characters long, and write it back out with "sudo nvram YOUR HARDWARE UUID from System Info:BaseBoardSerial=NUMBERHERE".
