osx mavericks can`t be installed on this computer !

hi everyone

i created a osx 10.9 mavericks  usb stick and booted successfully 
welcome screen appeared to choose language i just clicked to next step 
once i clicked this message appeared ( Osx mavericks can not be installed on this computer ) 

My PC : 

MO : Intel G41
Ram : 4 GB 
Cpu : intel core 2 due E7500
Gpu : Asus Amd HD 7750 1GB DDR5
HDD : 320 GB western Digital 
usb mouse & keyboard 

any suggestions ???
