UrbanBard Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 That's the problem. You need a Mac to download OS X 10.8.4, because you need an Apple ID to purchase from the App Store. You could look among your acquaintances for someone with a Mac. Maybe, you could pay them a little something to build a bootloader for chameleon. Riley Freeman Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 The official way is to buy a Snow Leopard DVD, then update it to 10.6.6+ in order to get the App Store. Then you can buy ML. Alternatively you could buy a Lion USB stick off ebay and then buy ML from the App Store. Depends on if your hardware is Snow or Lion-compatible.
