Bootloader failure ?

Hello friends,

just finished the installation of Leopard on my old PC with ASRock 939 Dual Sata with AMD-Opteron and an 80GB-Sata-HD.

But Leopard won't boot from the HD, it only starts when first a CD (f.e. nawcom) is booting and you can choose with F8 which partition to boot.

I tried to activate the partition with "fdisk" but this ends sometimes with the "B0-Error", there is no other partition on this HD.

How can i activate or install correctly the installed Chameleon-Bootloader ?

(Win7 was working without problems on this HD before)

What shall i do?

(Installation of SnowLeopard did not work)

Thanx !
