mgaffar
Delete the nvidia kexts and intel kexts from the S/L/E directory. OSX starts to load the graphics drivers after loading the PS2controller Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/288380-alienware-m17x-r4-boot-fails-appleps2controller-timeout/#findComment-1913274 Share on other sites

Wesd84
I had the same issue....Up until last night, as I have fixed mine. Go into your Bios and disable eSata under misc options, I then had my USB plugged into the eSata port and it boots no problem, hope this helps Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/288380-alienware-m17x-r4-boot-fails-appleps2controller-timeout/#findComment-1919008 Share on other sites
