jlfilms Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 So my dad needed the DVI cable i was using for my monitor for his, and i used this other cable we got but instead of having both DVI and VGA to monitor i have no DVI-DVI monitor and the Resolution for Bios and Clover Looks way different, Smaller, cropped id say. not complaining jus curious why this is. glad it isnt like that for desktop. also when i start my pc most of time it now says black txt and restarts after clover countsdown. Gringo Vermelho Posted April 3, 2013 Share Posted April 3, 2013 That's expected behavior when changing from digital to analog. For the BIOS screens you can press the 'auto' button on the monitor or use its OSD to adjust picture size, like you would on an old CRT monitor. I don't use Clover but I'm sure there's a place where you can set which resolution you want it to run in. Or maybe the above will work for Clover too.
