JamerTheProgrammer
Hey! Im trying to get ethernet working on my 10.7 installation on my B75IA E33 board. I have installed the RealtekRTL81xx kext and it makes ethernet appear visable under System Profiler but wont even allow me to connect to the internet through it. I cant see it anywhere in network prefrances. Any ideas? The ID for the ethernet chip is x8168 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/287075-ethernet-showing-in-system-profiler-but-not-working/ Share on other sites

nyolc8
Go to System Preferences > Network, then: Is Ethernet appears there? If yes, click Create.
