fantomas
in according with Intel Atom D2700 descriptions, we can see that this CPU supports 64-bit instructions but in reality, these instructions are "disabled" by Intel, so logically we can't instal OS X Mountain Lion on it. for OS X Snow Leopard, you will certainly have to patch the original mach_kernel, maybe meklort could give your more help. good luck for your hack Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/287052-intel-d2700dc-mobo/#findComment-1896726 Share on other sites
theconnactic
Hi! Just install the newest chameleon package and, under customize/modules make sure you select the Kernel Patcher module. Then Chameleon will automatically patch the kernel for you on-the-fly, without being necessary to find and replace your vanilla kernel by a modded one. All credits to Meklort.
