Ok, I used your DSDT and it boots fine with sound using your AppleHDA.kext but still can't sleep with NullCPUPMgmt and SleepEn 10.7.x-10.8.x . It gets stuck at a white screen with mouse pointer and if i press mouse buttons it returns to where it was.

Also:

syslog |grep -i “Wake reason”

grep: reason”: No such file or directory

That's the thing, I set maximum suspend state at S1 and it still goes to a white screen and then when i pres buttons it goes back to where it was
