avin7000
I have Dell XPS L501x currently running 10.8.2 perfectly. My config : i7-740 nVidia GT435M I want to install CUDA Toolkit. However I just to be sure that it does not screw up my machine. If I am not wrong CUDA is related to GPU drivers. So how to install it ? OSX86/Downloads has some CUDA drivers, but I cannot find driver for my model [i.e. 435M]. Basically I want to install this : https://developer.nv...om/cuda-toolkit Shall I just go ahead & install ? Any help regarding this is appreciated. Thank you !
Gringo Vermelho
Just go ahead and install it, it won't affect the OS video drivers at all. CUDA drivers are not for a specific GPU, they are for all GPUs that support CUDA. According to this list your GPU supports CUDA 2.1: https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-gpus
