It is also hackintosh, see Lilu on screens.

Real Mac doesn't show this info if it has SMBIOS 3.0. To do this in Clover we have to remake a huge part of codes.

i think

if apple rom info shown on t2 chip or each model smbios version, we just divide part according to model.

We can't produce smbios3 until we will know all details what is allowed and what influences on system.

Hi @vector sigma @Slice

Thanks a lot for last commit on Clover Template :)

It is possible to have: Clover v2.5 RELEASE (nb_commits-last-commits) both in Installer and Read Info (Version line).

Anyway we can ask Mr. @fusion71au if can test the chage in Linux....

Well on my system it worked even when not symlink, but it doesn't matter really. Your version:

Remains to be tested in linux...

@vector sigma and @Pene,

A suggestion to your buildme.

If i made a typo: ./buildme XCODE9

build: : warning: Tool chain [XCODE9] is not defined

Just my opinion: Why do you want to use XCODE9? Buildme works with MYTOOLCHAIN=XCODE8 to build Clover: take a look in the script.

The only possible explanation is that the WORKSPACE enviromet variable is already set:

if [[ -z "$WORKSPACE" ]]; then

  export EDK_TOOLS_PATH="${PWD}"/BaseTools

  set +u

  source ./edksetup.sh BaseTools

  set -u

I'm sorry but even if this is possible to do, I want to keep buildme as clean as possible, it is just a wrapper...

Hi, I'm only in beta 6 and I'll try to update Catalina as soon I have time. I the meantime ensure libtool used is the one from Apple, i.e. not from brew or alike.

Could anyone, please, replace all ftp:// calls in buildgcc with https:// calls? I can't build Clover since I can't download GCC (port restricted).

I'll test it after dinner.

If it isn't possible: how to do it in a postbuild script fo example. Thanks :worried_anim:

That is because my patch for that from r5074/sf didn't get to github.

I committed that change now to github. Try again.

      I used this command: diskutil info disk0s2 | grep -i "Partition UUID" | rev | cut -d' ' -f 1 | rev

But I accidentally removed the wrong disk and now my main windows drive is not appearing in the bootloader. I can't figure out how to get it back. I tried resetting my windows drive, but I kept getting an error. I also reset my mac and reinstalled Catalina.

Hi, I'm trying to install Mac Os Catalina on a HP 550-132NL.
      The system has:
      i7-6700
      RAM 12 GB
      GT 730
      LAN Realtek RTL8161
      ALC3863

It passes the verbose phase but after the Apple logo goes away, it gets stuck on a grey screen and I can only move the pointer.

Can I propose a new subforum be created for the new OpenCorePkg OpenCore front end being created by vit9696 and others, it is a fantastic piece of work:
      https://github.com/acidanthera/OpenCorePkg
Even at version 0.1 it runs my Mojave 10.14.4 setup very nearly flawlessly. It consists of a 10KB bootstrap BootX64.efi and a 200KB OpenCore.efi OS loader. All configuration is done using a very well documented config.plist
