SS01
You can run Snow Leopard, follow OSXLatitude's guide here: http://www.osxlatitude.com/how-to-install-snow-leopard-on-your-amd-system/ it works on any motherboard, just ignore the chipset stuff Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/283898-any-chance-to-get-os/#findComment-1863052 Share on other sites
theconnactic
You can run Lion also, full featured, 32-bit kernel with 64-bit user land, since you have a FX-series CPU, which supports ssse3 instructions. If you need cloud services, specially if you have other Apple devices that could sync to iCloud, maybe Lion is the right choice for you, Check out this tutorial: [AMD] 10.7.3 Guide - Experimental Only - Tutorials (The Genius Bar ... and this topic: http://osx86.co/f100/10-7-4-amd-kernel-t7687/page39.html Mindlord, if you use IRC, add the chat room for AMD OSX users, #legacykernel, on the server irc.osx86.hu.
