tahseen
I installed iAtkos s3 v2 on my Dell Vostro 1014 machine After that I did an upgrade and now running version 10.6.7 I copied the Install Lion App in the Application folder but when I run it, it says cannot run with this verion of Mac OSX But then Lion's requirement is 10.6+ OS Can it be because am running i386 version of Mac OSX? eep357
You can't just run the installer app, if it was that easy there'd be no "hack" in hackintosh. You need a valid smbios and will need to make an installer. Suggest you do some reading and check out a few of the installation guides. Lots of reading.. Lion requires 10.6.7+ to download from app store, that has nothing to do with your problem P.S, Snow leopard is capable of running either 32bit kernel (i386) or 64bit kernel (x86_64) from the same base OS installation Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/281409-trying-to-upgrade-from-iatkos-s3-v2-1067-to-lion-via-lion-app/#findComment-1840111 Share on other sites
