vmware win7 x64 AMD Athlon 64 X2- mac osx lion 10.7.3

I have enabled hardware virtualization from the bios but still no hope. I get taken to the gray mac screen and then a message shows up "Cpu has been disabled by guest OS"

 

looking at the vmware logs, i think i have the culprit
