iATKOS L2 on GA-EP35C-DS3R

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I thought I make a discussion topic/guide for the recent iATKOS release installation on a P35 gigabyte board. Since I'm having trouble, maybe someone else does too and together we can figure it out. I hope so.

MB: Gigabye GA-EP35C-DS3R

CPU: Intel C2Q Q6600 overclocked to 3.0GHz

RAM: 2x2GB DDR3 1066/1333

1. Get a release here, download the torrent: http://goo.gl/yzyLg

2. Download it, it will be DMG file, so you need to burn it. I did it with TransMac for windows. (9.1)

3. It did some sort of "uncompress" first to the DMG file, but after completing burning went fine. (1 regular DVD, 4,7GB needed)

4. Boot up DVD

<Now come the hard part, edited soon>

5. Install preparations and setup

...

6. Boot up OSX

...

All suggesions, and contribution wellcome.
