Need help with DSDT for ASRock H61ICAFE -LAN and Sound

Well its the second time I have gotten a motherboard that no one else seems to be using! I have a ASRock H61ICAFE - which I have up and running, but can't get the Atheros AR8151 LAN nor the Realtek ALC887 sound working correctly. I attempted to use VodooHDA kext for sound, but get tons of static, and can't get the LAN to work at all. I tried a AR8151 fix fromhttp://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=50819 with no luck. Any help would be appreciated - especially in fixing the LAN problem!

Here are the complete stats on the board http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=H61iCafe&cat=Specifications

Thanks!

I tried to edit my DSDT a number of times, but no luck on the sound or ethernet. I was able to find the following attached kext which makes the sound work great. I bit the bullet on the ethernet and simply installed a Encore ENLGA-1320 -$11.00! that works with the AppleRTL8169ethernet.kext. I am going to try to get sleep working through DSDT editing, but any help in getting things to work natively would be great!

Thanks LatinMcG! - I got the AICPM re-patched - deleted NullCPUPM -and no kernel panics . It even increased my geekbench score by 383 points! Still no sleep, but I am going to keep messing around with it to see if I can figure it out with the info that oolll posted.
