LatinMcG Posted March 8, 2012 Share Posted March 8, 2012 the EHCI needs a special setting sometimes to let sleep work. also set hibernatemode to 0 in terminal sudo pmstet hibernatemode 0 and disable secure virtual memory in Security icon. put the dsdt in /Extra/dsdt.aml then reboot with -v -f Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm at a loss.. I just don't understand what you mean by Special setting for something that is not in my DSDT? LatinMcG Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 i might have mixed up dsdts yesterday. ill repost one revised in a bit. the thing is to add the EHCI to it. and add _DSM section with "fix" with "dsdt editor" basicaly why u obsessed with what i said about EHCI ? is it booting ? is sleep broken? is usb working and fast ? I got the system to go to sleep by removing NullCPUPowerManagement.kext. how ever after wake up the displays flicker randomly.. Any thoughts on this? LatinMcG Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 yes try this dsdt ( i removed a lot of junk like gfx0 onboard not needed) and set hibernate mode 0 in terminal sudo pmset hibernatemode 0 darn i forgot to fix the usb.. let me reupload done. (it might have an issue cause i removed Device SIOR but lets give it a shot.. if not i check last working dsdt .. revise) what chameleon version .. are u using GraphicsEnabler ?
