If you go to Sys Pref, then to network, then to Ethernet and set Configure to manual, the Packet Size shows up but the Jumbo selection is greyed out. Anyway to change this from the command line? mrrrl Posted September 15, 2006 Author Share Posted September 15, 2006 OK, I thought it might be the onboard NIC that would not support Jumbo MTU, so I installed a Netgear PCI NIC. OSX86 saw it just fine and I set it up, but the Jumbo option is still greyed out? Any ideas why this is greyed out on some and not others?
