Ok here is a question for the os x guru's. The only way I have been able to get any version of os x to load on my machine is to use 10.5.5 vmware file and open it through workstation. So with that being said, is there any way to use it this way to make a dsdt.aml so I can put it on my usb with my retail copy so I can boot?

I have a biostar 990fxe am3+ Mobo

A virtual machine is just that, therefore unless you have the VM specs set to your exact hardware specs, you will not be extracting your MOBO DSDT.

A much better way would be to boot into a linux live environment (read ubuntu live USB) and dump your DSDT from there.

You can clone a drive from VB or VMWare using the tool of your choice. Most clone programs remove system specific files making it possible for booting from a USB 2.0 HDD.

My set up wont recognize my main SATA drive (crippled BIOS options) so I use a cloned USB disk to run on my notebook.

You can set up DSDT from the USB 2.0 HDD or Flash Drive, whichever you prefer.
