This litte changed Version of VoodooHDA was found somewhere in the WWW. It was changed to work on another ConexantHD Soundcard. I changed PCI Primary Match to the CX20671 HD Smart Audio ID. On my ThinkPad x121e now sound is working like a charme. Everything is working. As well AutoSwitching (normal VoodooHDA it doesn't ) works fine. I also think HDMI is working it is not tested jet. IMPORTANT In This Version I added a string for INTEL HDMI (INTEL HD3000/4000 etc.) on PCIPrimaryMatch. So if you do not have a Intel HDX000 you have to remove the 8086 on PCI Primary Patch in Contents/info.plist. This Version is now the best working solution for Sound. 10.7.x works 10.8.x works Updated Driver NOW 2.7.4 without KP HOW TO INSTALL 1.) Intall my changed VooDooHDA. Remove AppleHDA Versions VoodooHDA.kext 2.7.4.zip No more KPs NEW VERSION VoodooHDA.kext.zip OLD VERSION MAKES KP 2.) Remove in your DSDT AZALIA etc. ADD the following DSDT .... THe very important thing is: Auto Switching is working fine. This driver is a first beta. There are some Bugs, it will show u wrong devices in system pref. It is cause so far I did not edit the Nodes. It ll follow the next time. 10.7.x works 10.8.x works How2 1.) remove all injectors .... VoodooHDA etc. 2.) Install the attached AppleHDA 3.) Insert the DSDT Mod.
