sawwal
Dear friends, Is there video player (for .AVI files), which does not require special drivers for video card (ie, does not need QE/CI support)? I understand that if browsers are able to play flash video (such as youtube) without QE/CI, then there is no fundamental obstacles to play .AVI files without QE/CI. Thank you. P.S, Sorry for my bad English.

P.S, Sorry for my bad English. VLC for Mac doesn't require QE/CI, and never has; however, without hardware acceleration (regardless of OS), video playback is a massive CPU oinker.
