Hi,

I'm starting to think about build a PC for me and I want it the most compatible it could be to run the OSX86..

I've managed to install osx86 on my Vostro1510 some time ago, but it was years ago and I don't remember anything.

What are the most compatibles hardwares for a PC (not to expensive) with some configuration like i5/i7, 4GB ram, 500gb HD, an ATI etc.

Thank you for your help.

Gigabyte H67M-D2-B3 - £60

i5 2500k (onboard Intel 3000 HD Graphics) ~ £100

4Gb 1600Mhz ram ~ £30

500w PSU ~ £20

Some sort of case - How ever much you want to spend, can be as little as £30

All in all, less that £250 if you use onboard graphics, add £50 for a low end/older spec graphics card.

Hi,

I have the same question.

Please, advise me to choose hardware for OS X Lion which can work with minimum kexts needed (or OOB if it possible):

Here is my list:

CPU: i3 2100 (after few months it will be replaced with i7 2600)

RAM: 8Gb Corsair XMS3 CMX8GX3M2A1333C9

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 or ASUS LGA1155 P8P67 PRO

Graph: Sapphire HD6850 1Gb 256bit GDDR5 or Asus 210 1Gb 64bit SILENT/DI/1GD3(LP)/V2

Which of these will be better?
