i have a pc with:

Asus p8p67 Pro rev 3.1

Intel i5-2500K

G.skill ddr3-1600 2x4Gb

ATI radeon HD 3850 1GB

can i install Snow leopard?

and how?

I tried with the following DVD

iatkos L1

iatkos L2

iatkos S3

##### + Snow leopard retail

AndyBoot + Snow leopard retail

I can boot with iATKOS, I install it and when I arrive at the loading screen, the screen freezes but I hear the background music of the first start.

instead with the retail version I can only boot the dvd, and still freezes at the loading screen of the DVD

Can anyone suggest a guide or a way to install Snow Leopard or later?

thanks and sorry for my English

Try using Nawcom ModCD

At chameleon, enter -v to boot verbose, now rather than just freezing it will show you the boot process. If it kernel panics or hangs, take a photo and post it up.

If you have trouble with graphics, (i.e. just going to a black screen or screen freeze on booting the SL disk), you can pull out your GFX card and use onboard graphics (if your MOBO supports it), the 2500k Intel 3000HD Graphics should work ok.

Once you've got SL installed you can then install Lion.
